There is something missing from my order, who should I contact?

We’re sorry to hear that your order isn’t what you expected it to be! To speak to a member of our team, please fill out an online enquiry form, which you can find above, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

My delivery is late, who should I contact?

If your order hasn’t arrived on time, there are a couple of options. First, track your delivery as suggested below. Following this, you can either complete an online enquiry form and we can investigate this, or you can contact Royal Mail and they’ll be able to tell you where your parcel is. Don’t forget to have your order number handy!

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been processed and sent out for delivery, you will receive a tracking number from Royal Mail for updates on the whereabouts of your parcel.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. Our products are cruelty free and suitable for Vegans. Better still, they’re also alcohol free, paraben free, and 100% Eco-Certified DHA.

How do I apply your products?

When applying tanning products, wear tight-fitting gloves or a tanning mitt. Work from the legs upwards in circular, massaging motions. Apply moisturiser to rough areas of the skin, such as the elbows and the knees, to avoid excess build-up in these spots.

Do you offer samples that I can try?

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples at present.

Can I return my order?

We aim to provide the highest quality service, but very rarely things can go wrong.

If you are not satisfied with your order and need to return an item, please send a copy of your order confirmation, with the word RETURN in the email subject, to our Customer Services team at info@hellobeauty.world.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please describe the problem and include a couple of photographs clearly identifying the issue.

If you receive an incorrect product, or something is missing from your order, please include details of what is incorrect/missing and we will send replacements accordingly.

Return your items within 30 days to receive a refund, which will be returned to your bank account within 5 working days.

The product I wanted is out of stock, when will it return?

As we buy our products from different suppliers, restocking depends on when they receive a new delivery. The wait shouldn’t be too long, however, and you can always opt to receive an update via email when the product is back in stock.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Here at Hello Beauty, we have several delivery options.

Our UK Standard Delivery costs £2.99, and should have your parcel with you in 2-5 working days.

Our Express Next Day Delivery will get your parcel to you on the next working day, and costs £7.99.

For orders over £35, we offer free UK delivery!
